Resolved - The issue is now resolved and all systems are normal. We apologize for any impact this may have caused.

This outage was caused by debug code being injected that caused memory exhaustion on our production cluster. The debug code was designed to track an internal issue but increased memory consumption in a way that prevented API's related to the CDN from processing properly due to memory exhaustion. We will implement a process to monitor memory consumption in our development clusters to prevent another comparable issue from happening again in the future.
